VILA LUANA
Due to its exceptional natural beauty and mild climate, the island of Krk has been called a "golden island" since ancient times. In the western part of the island there is a cove, protected from the wind, with a view of the neighbouring island of Cres and the whole Kvarner. This is Malinska, where this beautiful villa, Villa LuAna, is located. Explore bike trails, landscaped promenades, forest paths, coves, beaches, cultural heridays, and gastronomy. OUTDOORS
On the ground floor of the villa, next to the kitchen and living room, is the exit to a spacious terrace that blends this modern villa with beautiful nature surrounding it. The roofed part of the terrace is furnished with a dining table and a grill. There are also a swimming pool and a sunbathing area, sun loungers with sun umbrellas and a coffee table, and if you need extra tranquility, you will find it in our lounge zone. We have prepared the possibility for our guests to enjoy their favourite movies and sports events on the terrace where you can watch them through a home theatre projector. In order to experience the true atmosphere and scents of this region, the exterior of Villa LuAna is shaped by various Mediterranean plants: lavender, rosemary, immortelle, fig, olive trees… Take a deep breath.
BEDROOMS
Villa LuAna has four spacious, luxuriously furnished bedrooms. In addition to a double bed and satellite TV, each room includes a spacious private bathroom with shower and toilet. To fulfill your needs, we provided an extra bed in three rooms, of which a 90 x 200 cm bed in two rooms, and a 160 x 200 cm bed in one room.

WELLNESS
On the first floor of Villa LuAna there is a modern, well-equipped wellness. This private oasis has everything our guests need for top-quality wellness with two types of saunas (infrared and Finnish), a shower experience, and three wellness sun loungers as well as a hot tub on the adjacent terrace. Revive your spirit and body while enjoying the benefits of wellness with a view of the olive grove and the sea.
TAVERN AND ENTERTAINMENT ROOM
A tavern with a specially furnished kitchen and an entertainment room of 70 m2 is ideal for gatherings. The tavern has a functional and fully equipped kitchen which, along with a hob, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator, also contains an open fireplace where you can prepare tasty dishes on fire. There is also the entertainment room with a big TV, a billiard table, table football, dartboard, and game corner. For a complete experience of listening to your favourite music, a home sound system has been installed in the room. Other amenities include a table tennis table with related equipment and bicycles. If you have your own bicycle, we offer you safe storage space.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
We offer our guests a home-made, indigenous product – olive oil obtained from olives from our own centuries-old olive groves exclusively by mechanical procedures (cold pressing). To make your vacation truly special and carefree, we will gladly provide you with professional services. You can relax with the treatments of masseurs, physiotherapists, and beauticians and enjoy the dishes of top-quality chefs and catering services; all in the privacy of Villa LuAna.

HOUSE RULES
Dear guests,
Thank you for choosing Villa LuAna for your vacation. We would like to introduce you to the house rules and kindly ask you to comply with them.
- - Villa LuAna is registered for accommodating a maximum of 10 guests. Guests can be visited by friends during the day, but you are obliged to inform the owner thereof. Guests who are not registered do not have the right to spend the night in Villa LuAna.
- - You can use Villa LuAna from 16:00 h on arrival day to 10:00 h on departure day.
- - During their stay, the guests do their own cleaning. Guests are obliged to separate waste in the manner stipulated by the utility company.
- - Guests are responsible for the valuables they leave in the house, and the host is not responsible for the valuables kept in the house. To preserve personal documents and valuables, guests can use a safe in each room.
- - When they leave the house, guests are kindly asked to turn off the lights, turn off the water (taps), windows, and sun umbrellas.
- - Smoking is prohibited in bedrooms, and if you smoke, you must use ashtrays.
- - Bringing weapons, flammable and explosive devices is not allowed.
- - It is not allowed to take the inventory out of the house.
- - It is not allowed to stay in the house in wet clothing (except in the wellness zone).
- - It is not allowed to sit on furniture in wet clothing.
- - It is not allowed to make noise that bothers others. From 22:00 h to 07.00 h, loud listening to music, loud singing, etc. is not allowed.
- - If there is damage to the inventory, you are obliged to report the damage to the owner and pay for it.
- - If you do not comply with these rules, your accommodation may be cancelled. We wish you a pleasant stay in our villa!!!
